Mylestone is an AI-powered milestone tracking platform that allows users to set goals, document their progress with photos and notes, and receive AI-generated insights about their journey. Mylestone also offers white-label milestone platforms for organizations and coaches.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately at security@mylestone.app of any known or suspected unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive.
Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing activities.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Mylestone. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or license your content to third parties.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Billing settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 7. Artificial Intelligence Features

The Service uses AI models to analyze the content you upload and generate progress insights. AI-generated analysis is for informational and motivational purposes only. 8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mylestone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
